In remembrance of Smt Meenakshi Muthuraman, an eye treatment camp conducted by NSWF on 01-12-2022 at Umayal marriage hall, Nachandupatti. The hall was air-conditioned and beautifully decorated suitably to run the camp.

More than 200 beneficiaries participated in this camp organised by Kovilura Kanal Foundation in collaboration with the hospital.

Out of this, 100 beneficiaries were provided with spectacles, and 24 underwent cataract surgery. 1.75 lakhs was given to Kanal Hospital for this.

Breakfast and lunch were cooked and served in the hall for all the patients and attendants. 10-gram silver coins were given as gifts to all the staff of Kanal Hospital, doctors, and foundation members who attended the camp, including our hospital staff.

Our member Mr A. Muthuraman has borne all the expenses for this camp in remembrance of his beloved wife, Smt Meenakshi Achi. We express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr Muthuraman, who has generously borne the entire cost of this camp.

நம் அறக்கட்டளை உறுப்பினர்கள் திருமதி தேனாள் ஆச்சி, திரு V இராமனாதன், திரு L வயிரவன், திரு PL சுப்பையா அவர்களுடன் ஊராட்சி மன்ற தலைவர் திரு சிதம்பரம், திரு சம்பந்தம்

செட்டியார், திரு சுப்பிரமணியன், திரு மாணிக்கம் திரு A காசி மற்றும் பலரும் வந்து விழாவில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

திருமதி அன்னம் சுப்பையா அவர்கள் புதிய ELECTRICAL DENTAL CHAIR ஐ பொதுமக்கள் பயன்பாட்டிற்காக துவக்கி வைத்தார்கள்.

பல் மருத்துவர் திரு நாச்சியப்பன் அவர்கள் புதிய CHAIR ன் சிறப்பு அமசங்களை விளக்கி, உடனடியாக காத்திருந்த பயனாளிகளுக்கு தன் சிகிச்சையை தொடர்ந்தார்.

நம் பல் மருத்துவம் பல வழிகளில் சிறந்த சேவையினை குறைந்த கட்டணத்தில் கொடுத்துவரும் நிலையில், இந்த CHAIR மூலம் அடுத்த பரிணாமங்களுக்குத் தன்னை தயார் செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

20-02-2020 அனைவருக்கும் வணக்கம் நாள்தோறும் வளர்ந்து வரும் நம் இயன்முறை சிகிச்சை பிரிவு, மக்களின் ஆதரவால் தன்அடுத்த விரிவாக்கத்தை செயல் படுத்த துவங்கியிருக்கிறது. தினமும் 15 க்கு மேற்பட்ட பயனாளிகள் வருவதால் மருத்துவர் திரு அசோக்ராஜ் உடன் மற்றொரு மருத்துவர் செல்வி சசிகலா அடுத்த மாதம் பணியில் சேர்கிறார். அத்துடன் ரூ. 45000/- மதிப்பில் புதிய மருத்துவக் கருவி ஒன்றும் ( VECTROSTIM PLUS ) வாங்கப் படுகிறது. இந்த கருவியை நம் மருத்துவ மனைக்கு தானே முன்வந்து வாங்கி வழங்க இருப்பவர்கள், நம் அன்பிற்குரிய திரு டத்தோ மெய்யப்பண்ணன் அவர்களின் மைந்தர் திரு முத்து பழனியப்பன் மற்றும் மருமகள் திருமதி நாச்சம்மை ஆவர். வெளிநாட்டில் வசித்தாலும் நம்மண்ணிற்கும் மக்களுக்கும் மனமுவந்து உதவும் இருவருக்கும் நம் இதயம் கனிந்த நன்றியை என்றும் உரித்தாக்கி வாழ்த்தி வணங்குவோம் !

28-02-2020 மாலை வணக்கம் ! நச்சாந்துபட்டி மருத்துவ நல மையத்தின் இயன்முறை சிகிச்சை பிரிவின் ( PHYSIOTHERAPHY) விரிவாக்கத்திற்கு இன்று, முதல் அத்தியாயம் எழுதப்பட்டு விட்டது.நம் ஊர் பகுதியில் முழுமையான இயன்முறை சிகிச்சை, தரமாக மிக குறைந்த கட்டணத்தில் வழங்கப் பட வேண்டும் என்பதே எங்கள் இலக்கு. தேவைப்படுவோர்க்கு இல்லத்திற்கு சென்று சிகிச்சை அளிக்கவும் திட்டம் வகுக்கப்படுகிறது,புதிய VECTROSTIM PLUS கருவியை இன்று திருமதி மனோன்மணி ஆச்சி அவர்கள் துவக்கி வைக்கிறார்கள். இன்னும் பல மாற்றங்களுடன் இந்த சேவை உங்களுக்கு பணியாற்ற காத்திருக்கிறது.

DIABETIC CARE A special medical camp was conducted at the Nachandupatti Healthcare Centre (NHC) on 7th January 2020 for Diabetic patients registered with NHC. Three technical staff from Medall Labs, Pudukottai were present to extract blood from more than 50 pepole who attended the camp. The camp which started at 7.30 am concluded at 9.00 am successfully. The HBA1c fasting sugar medical reports will be available on 9th January. The patients have a choice of consulting either one of our panel Doctors at NHC as follows and get treatment: 1. Dr Ravinder Ram 2. Dr Suresh Kumar 3. Dr Nirmalavadana 4. Dr Navaratnasamy All this service was made available to our patients just for payment of Rs.50 each. We need more Donors and Sponsors for our various activities. We urge our well wishers to continue supporting us and ENJOY THE JOY OF GIVING!

DENTAL CARE பெற்றதன் பயனை பிறருக்கும் கொடுப்போம் பிறந்த மண்ணிற்கு பெருமைகள் சேர்ப்போம் என்னும் நோக்கில் துவக்கப்பட்ட நம் நற்சாந்துபட்டி சமூக நல அறக்கட்டளை இன்று அதன் பயன் எத்தனை தூரம் மக்களைச் சென்றடைந்து இருக்கிறது என்பதைக் கண்டு பெருமிதம் கொள்கிறது. நேற்று பல் மருத்துவ சிகிச்சைக்கு மருத்துவர் திரு மணிகண்டன் அவர்களுடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்ற இளம் மருத்துவர் செல்வி விசாலாட்சி அவர்களும் வந்து கலந்து கொண்டார்கள். செல்வி விசாலாட்சி நம்அறக்கட்டளை உறுப்பினர் திரு முருகப்பன் அவர்களின் இரண்டாவது மகள். பல்மருத்துவப் பட்டம் பெற்றவர். பிறந்த மண்ணிற்கு இவரது சேவை மனப்பான்மையை வாழ்த்தி வரவேற்போம். மனம் நிறைந்த மகிழ்வினை உங்களுடன் பகிர்ந்துகொள்கிறோம் ...... இளைய தலைமுறையினரின் இனிய பண்பினை நீங்களும் பாராட்டலாம்.

Dr Manikandan, MDS & Dr Visalakshi, BDS(daughter of Sri MR Murugappan) of Nachandupatti volunteered and committed to serve the Rural community in maintaining their Dental aspects. Generally rural community have less or no awareness to maintain their Dental due to various facts. It was a big challenge for NSWF and Dr Manikandan when we started this service at Nachandupatti. Due to Dr Manikandan’s consistent and dedicated approach now many turn out to our clinic to maintain Dental needs. This is the reality while in metros people wait for Dentists appointment and spend so much money we have to request rural population to maintain their tooth at no cost!!

Our Honorable Prime Minister has introduced two insurance based welfare schemes as follows:

·      Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bina Yojna: Personal Accident Insurance worth Rs.2,00,000 for just Rs.12 per annum

·      Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bina Yojna:  Life Insurance Scheme with life coverage of Rs.2,00,000 for just Rs.330 per annum

Many people in the rural area  involved in all kind of risky jobs have no knowledge about their family protection. 

NSWF has proposed that 100 needy people be provided such insurance coverage free of cost to them.  The estimated cost to NSWF is Rs.35,000. NSWF has so far successfully arranged insurance coverage as follows:

·      69 persons for Personal Accident Cover of Rs.2,00,000 each (Cost Rs.828)

·      41 persons  for Life Insurance Cover of Rs.2,00,000 each (cost Rs.13,530).

A special Eye Camp was conducted at the Nachandupatti Healthcare Centre on 16th June 2019 attended by more than 120 people.  This Eye Camp was fully sponsored by Visalakshi Sivanadian Trust of Coimbatore.  The Camp was conducted by a Specialist Dr Vengkateshwar Ravi Sankar of the Healers Eye Hospital, Chennai.  The Doctor and his able Team provided excellent service stretching for nearly 12 hours on the day.  Latest Equipment was used to conduct the required Glaucoma Test, Retinopathy Test, Vision Test etc., Such service with latest Equipment could not have been dreamed by our rural people. 

As NSWF could not cope up with all the people on 16th June, a follow up Eye Camp was conducted on 23rd June by Vasan Eye Hospital, Pudukkottai.  40 people attended this Camp and underwent the various Tests. 

Many of the people who attended the NSWF Eye Camp require further follow up and Cataract surgery.  NSWF is advising them as required. 

The cost of conducting this Eye Camp amounting to Rs.1,07,593 was fully sponsored by Visalakshi Sivanadian Trust of Coimbatore.  NSWF would like to place on record its appreciation and thanks to Visalakshi Sivanadian Trust for their kind sponsorship and Sri A Muthuraman (one of our Trustees) who made this Eye Camp possible.

விசாலாட்சி சிவனடியான் அறக்கட்டளையின் சார்பில் இலவச கண் சிகிச்சை முகாம் இன்று மிகச்சிறப்புடன் நம் மருத்துவ மையத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.

இந்த முகாம் இதுவரை காணாத மாபெரும் வரவேற்புடன் காலை 9 மணி முதல் இரவு 9 மணி வரை நடைபெற்றும்

120 பயனாளிகளுக்கும் மேல் வந்த பலர் இதில் பங்கேற்க இயலவில்லை.

இந்த முகாமில் கண் அழுத்த நோய் Glaucoma மற்றும் விழித்திரை பாதிப்பு Retinopathy போன்ற நோய்கள் புதிய கையடக்கக் கருவிகளால் மிக குறைந்த நொடிப் பொழுதுகளில் துல்லியமாக கண்டறியப்பட்டன.

தங்கள் பார்வைக் குறைபாடுகளையே அறியாமலும், கண்கள் நீரிழிவு நோயால் பாதிக்கப் பட்டிருப்பதைக்கூட உணராமலும், அப்படி தெரிந்தாலும் அவர்களின் ஏழ்மையால் அவற்றை சரி செய்ய இயலாமலும் இதுவே விதி என்று வாழும், நாம் அன்றாடம் சந்திக்கும் நம் சக மனிதர்கள் நம் கண்களைக் குளமாக்க கண்டோம்.

மண்ணின் பெயரைத் தன்னுள் கொண்ட நம் அறக்கட்டளை இன்னும் பல நற்சிந்தனைகளை நம்முள் விதைக்கும்.
